Your message has been rejected because you posted a binary to a
non-binary newsgroup. This may merely include using non-ASCII characters
in place of normal quotes and apostrophes. Most of the readers of this
newsgroup would not be able to read your posting.

This rejection notice is also sent if you posted a request for binaries
